Her passion lies in making quality education accessible, particularly for Vietnamese students, while maintaining affordability. Ms Thoa Duong

Ms Thoa, the founder of Cocoon Montessori Preschool, is a dedicated educator and a devoted mother of two girls currently in nursery and primary school. Her life’s work has been centred around education, believing that by creating the ideal school environment for her own children, she can offer the best opportunities for all children. 

Her dedication to fostering a nurturing and enriching educational experience is a reflection of her deep commitment to both her family and the broader community of young learners.

The Darby family is a family of educators deeply committed to creating a positive impact on the future of young learners. 

Joseph, an experienced early years specialist and manager with over 15 years in the field, and Anna, an experienced administrative and operational leader, have called Vietnam home for over seven years, where they have also built their family. 

As parents to a three-year-old boy, who comes from three different cultures, they are dedicated to building a multilingual and multicultural school environment. They believe that creating the best school environment means doing what you would want for your own child, ensuring a rich, diverse, and supportive space for all. Additionally, they are committed to fostering a nurturing working environment where everyone, both children and staff, feels supported and valued.
