How to apply

Thank you for considering Stella International School (Stella School) as a community for your family.
For the 2025–2026 academic year, we welcome children aged 2 to 10 from all nationalities, with year-round admissions available, subject to a successful application and space availability.
Families can schedule a school tour and begin the admissions process by appointment, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our Admissions Team is available to guide and support you every step of the way.
Admissions Process

Step 1: Inquiry & Campus Visit
We warmly invite families to experience our learning environment and gain deeper insights into our programs by scheduling a personalised campus tour or attending an Open House event.
For those unable to visit Stella City, we are happy to arrange a virtual tour and connect with you online.
Step 2: Application Submission
Complete the application form with full and accurate information, then submit it along with the following required documents:
- 01 recent passport-sized photo (Headshot, 4 x 6 cm)
- 01 copy of the birth certificate (for Vietnamese students) or passport (for non-Vietnamese students)
- 01 copy of parents’ passports / IDs
- School reports from the last two years
- 01 Hard copy for MOET reports (applicable to Vietnamese students joining Grade 2 and up)
- Educationa lpsychologist’s reports (if applicable, for students with learning difficulties)
- Relevant medical records or health information (if applicable)
- Immunisation records
A non-refundable application fee of XXX VND per application is required.
Step 3: Entrance Assessment and Observation
All applicants participate in an assessment and interview as part of our admissions process. This helps us understand each child’s academic strengths, learning needs, and personal qualities to ensure the best possible placement.
- Kindergarten: Children will take part in a developmental screening and observation to assess school readiness in a warm and supportive setting.
- Grade 1: Applicants will undergo a basic screening of their early literacy and numeracy skills. The evaluation will also include an assessment of motor skills, social interaction.
- Grades 2 – 5: Students will complete an academic assessment evaluating their reading, writing, spoken English, and mathematical proficiency.
Step 4: Offer Letter & Confirmation
Students who meet all admission requirements will receive an Offer Letter.
To accept the offer, parents must submit the signed agreements and required fees, followed by the tuition payment.
